In most cases, images from track day events are available within 48 hours of the event.
Yes, if scheduled in advance, we are able to provide images for upload to social media or for publication in near real-time.
We do accept freelance assignments, and are versed in publication requirements and deadlines.
No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad composition, and other images that may dilute the overall delivery.
While we attempt to photograph every vehicle, we cannot guarantee all moments will be captured. If you would like to make sure your vehicle is captured please reach out to us ahead of the event.
By purchasing an Individual Use License, You have the right to reprint purchased images whenever you want, and share on social media and personal webpages. However, you may not sell your images for profit or commercially publish your images without the written consent of Elevated Trackside.
Individual Use Digital Download Licensed Images can be printed for personal use at your choice of printer. However, due to vast inconsistencies between printers and photo labs we cannot guarantee the quality of any print that is not ordered directly through our website.
In most cases, you can print your photos up to 20″×30″ without any quality loss. If you’d like to print larger than 20″×30″, additional post-production may be required. Please contact Elevated Trackside for information about over-sized prints.
I would like pictures from multiple events, can I group them together and get the quantity discount?
Due to limitations in the software that powers our website, carts are limited to individual events.
We are based in Phoenix, AZ and regularly shoot locations throughout the State of Arizona. With advance notice, we are able to travel throughout the United States.

We are happy to shoot a single car, team, or event for sponsors, teams, and drivers.
All images are processed in Lightroom for basic corrections. We can, upon request, further edit images including manipulation in Photoshop for an additional fee.
